How long should chicken breasts be cooked?
At 220C / 425F, a medium chicken breast will take 18–20 minutes to bake. The trick to exquisite caramelization and extremely juicy chicken inside is to cook it hard and quick at a high temperature. There are no dried-up breasts in our house!!
